Welding Supervisor/Team Leader - Precision Metal Fabricator - Twin Cities
Growing precision job shop seeks Welding Supervisor to direct day-to-day activities including supervision, training and development of welding team; scheduling, quality assurance and equipment maintenance.
REQUIREMENTS:
Three years supervisory experience in a metal fabrication manufacturing environment.
Must have working knowledge of Lean concepts and experience in implementation of Lean.
Must have working knowledge of non-destructive testing techniques.
Welding certification required.
Aerospace welding experience to AWS D17.1 and related standards.
Experience in welding complex assemblies.
Must be able to read and interpret complicated blueprints.
